If you can drill your own holes, use sand paper and varnish some wood, you can save a bundle building a telescope.

Kits include all the wood pieces and hardware (nuts, bolts, Teflon, Ebony Star -- everything) you'll need to assemble a telescope -- and is as "unfinished furniture". You'll need to fine sand, stain and/or varnish as you prefer.

Then, you'll complete the scope by mounting your own mirror cell and primary, mount the focuser and install the secondary and aluminum tubing (I can get the tubing for you).

Telescopes in stock and for sale. These are complete telescopes and are ready to setup and use, including optics.

Send me your mirror/cell, focuser and spider/secondary and I'll complete your entire telescope == ready to use.

All of the wood parts are fine sanded and finished with 4 coats of varnish. Finally, I'll test your telescope to make sure that all the optics collimate properly and eyepieces come to focus.

*Please note that the eyepiece holder and DSC mount "tower" are accessories and are available for a small up-charge.
